Exactly. There cannot be a world without violence because at the end of the day it controls everything. You don't see everyone doing crazy stuff on the street because they know the cops' "violence" would punish them heavily for it and they will lose. I've been keeping up with reading manga ahead and there will be some fighting, a pretty good one with the jomsvikings again, but apart from that it's just the author talking out of his ass with philosophies that dance around the harsh reality of the world. Kettle in fact did nothing wrong but became a perfect tarket due to his wealth and his carelessness to mostly rely on the crown for his protection. As most people of his wealth and status will affiliate to a local warlord as vassal for protection or atleast have an own army to form a tribe
